'Genesis Fitness' offers Personal Training to everyone from complete beginners, to pregnant women, through to the super fit.

Every programme for every client is created from scratch with each session being tailor made in order to assist in reaching unique goals.

Sessions may include:

Postural Corrective Therapy: to promote positive well being, improve confidence and to aid pain relief.
Functional Training : to assist ease of movement in daily life.
Cardio-Vascular Training: to work towards improved stamina and endurance in a variety of ways, from walking through to dancing.
Nutritional Advice: to assist in attaining goals and achieving a healthier lifestyle.
Body Conditioning: to strengthen and tone the entire physique via the use of body weight and free weights.
Motor Fitness Training: to improve mental agility, balance, co-ordination and reaction time.
Stretching: to improve range of movement for every day tasks through to specific sports.

One-to-one training can be done in a local park to add a fresh and invigorating element to the personal programme. Alternatively sessions can be held in the comfort of a home or garden.

'Genesis Fitness' also offers Personal Training for small groups in a private setting, again in an environment that will best energise and inspire every participant.
